How Arrow Lift Works

Visit your local showroom to compare the high-quality models and products. There, specialists can help you choose an accessibility solution that meets your needs. A free consultation on-site is required to allow the team of professional installers to measure your home and plan your installation.

Once the specialist has the necessary information, you’ll receive a custom quote. If you decide to proceed, a team of licensed technicians will install the product and help teach you how to use it.

Arrow Lift Stair Lifts

Curved stair lift from Arrow Lift

Arrow Lift sells custom stair lifts, also known as chair lifts, for homes and businesses, including straight, curved, and outdoor models. The weight capacity is typically 300 pounds, though some models can accommodate 350 to 400 pounds.

To determine the stair lift that’s best for your home, Arrow Lift will send a professional to conduct a free, in-home survey of your stairs.

Arrow Lift Residential Wheelchair Lifts

Vertical wheelchair lift from Arrow Lift

Arrow Lift’s vertical wheelchair lifts (or vertical platform lifts) can transport a wheelchair or mobility device between levels or over an existing staircase. Vertical lifts can be used indoors or outdoors and have multiple entry/exit configurations to suit your needs and provide peace of mind.

These lifts typically have a weight limit of 750 pounds, including the wheelchair, and can accommodate level differences of 14 feet.

Arrow Lift Home Elevators

Residential home elevator from Arrow Lift

If you’d rather bypass the stairs when making your home more accessible, a home elevator could be your solution. Arrow Lift elevators can move up to five levels and accommodate weights from 350 to 1,400 pounds, depending on the model you choose.

To install a full-size home elevator, you’ll need at least 25 square feet of floor space to accommodate an interior cab of 15 square feet. Smaller home elevator models can be installed in as little as 9 square feet of floor space.

The installation process for home elevators is a bit more complicated. It can take anywhere from one to two weeks, depending on the complexity of the elevator.

All Arrow Lift’s private home elevator models adhere to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) safety codes. The ASME establishes safety features and quality standards to ensure mechanical devices, such as home elevators, remain safe for your loved ones.

The few times I've dealt with Arrow Lift's customer service, each time actually, went smoothly. They are overly helpful and will do whatever it takes to make sure their customer is serviced properly and treated with dignity and respect. Arrow Lift's customer service approach is the absolute best I've ever had to deal with, and I've seen many that literally make you want to pull your hair out. Arrow Lift is a company that knows what it takes to be successful. It all starts with a proficient and caring customer service team. I have had a technician visit my house to do yearly chair checkups and maintenance a few times. I am sorry, but their names escape my memory at the moment, but what I can say is this... they are knowledgeable in all aspects of preventative maintenance and repair. They don't fool around. They start working the minute they arrive and don't stop until they and I am fully satisfied with their completed work.

It's nice to know someone out there cares enough of their job, to do their job in a highly professional manner, a manner that allows them to sleep soundly on any given night because they know they did their very best for me and others. As a retired technician myself I understand what your technicians go through, and I commend them for doing a job well done. The ongoing Preventative Maintenance Plan Arrow Lift offers is a no-brainer. It's inexpensive and it gave me an ease-of-mind feeling knowing my chair will always be operational and kept ready to use in a moment's notice. Asking a friend to repair your chair for a few bucks might seem like a better repair option however, I strongly believe they won't have the ability to repair it and worse yet ... their tinkering around with your chair will most probably void any warranty your chair might still have.

Fly-by-night repairmen don't have the training, tools and repair parts necessary to make a broken chair fully operational again. Trust Arrow Lift to keep you chair in top-notch operating condition. Purchase one of their ongoing Preventative Maintenance Plans. You'll be happy you did. Finally, the cost of the chair isn't really that bad. I bought all the bells and whistles that could be added to my chair because it makes the chair experience an even better experience, every time I use it. I live in a two-level townhouse that to me, now seems like a one-level townhouse, thanks to my Arrow Lift chair.

I'm really happy with my purchase and looking back, would I have bought it again? Well, of course I would! If you're thinking of buying an Arrow Lift chair, stop thinking, buy one and start living again. There is no fear of ever falling on my stairs. My chair ensures that won't happen. As a matter of fact, my stairs don't even bother me anymore. It doesn't get any better than this.

Very unprofessional and complete disregard for people's property. This absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Sales rep Jon Charles** parked his company vehicle in front of my neighbor's house. Left it unattended rolling down the street hitting my boat causing significant damage on a street that children are playing on. This could have killed someone. Jon had complete disregard for the situation and was making light of the situation and denying he did the damage while this is all recorded on video. I spoke to Cameron ** his manager the day of the incident who promised me this would be handled with the highest level of care only to tell me it's out of his hands the following day.

I have yet to hear from their so-called fleet manager. Jake ** stated Jon will not call him back regarding the incident. So as of now I have a damaged boat unable to tread water and no Insurance claim. So if you want to trust this company to damage your property, call them. I could not imagine how the actual work gets completed. I would say avoid the lies and deception of this company. They are not trustworthy or stick to their words. Make sure you warn your neighbors move all your vehicles and stay off the streets before they arrive. There are more reputable companies check and research before you call them.

Hello Robert, We're very sorry to hear how upsetting this experience has been for you. We did check our records and were able to confirm that we filed a claim with our insurance carrier on the same day the incident occurred and have done our part to initiate the appropriate process. However, we certainly understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you. Please know that we take safety very seriously, and we shared all available information with the insurance team involved. If there’s anything more we can do to assist or clarify, we would appreciate the opportunity to connect directly. Best, The Arrow Lift Team

They are very knowledgeable and just plain great all the way around. The install was quick and wonderful. If you need to get a stair lift this is the place to go. All steps of this process was easy and we are very pleased.
