We are highly satisfied with the service that was provided by everybody involved at Allegiance Moving. They were able to schedule our move out date when we needed them, and we always got a quick response from the customer service department if we had any questions. The crew had all the documents required by the condominium on the day they arrived. The driver called before he got there to let us know he was close by and showed up with all the necessary supplies to safely move our glass and mirrors. Move-out and move-in were done without any problems. This is our second time using this company and we highly recommend it.

During our move with Allegiance Moving and Storage, we needed to move our entire 4 bedroom home, including a very large hot tub that we had just purchased. The hot tub ended up needing special equipment to be able to load it on to the truck.

Between the customer service department and the crew on site, they were able to quickly find a resolution to this and get the necessary equipment to our home within a couple hours and made sure that it was securely loaded onto the moving truck. Very responsive company that does take the time to help when and if any issues arise during the move.
