Best Customer Service, Hands-Down! They have an open support line with REAL HUMANS, and there is no waiting on hold! They are a US-based company, and they helped me through the entire process. The best thing, NO MONTHLY FEES! These other reviews are not accurate to their services now, as they seem outdated. I checked their Google Reviews and they have 4.9 Stars. WOW!!! iTrustCapital is an Easy and Safe Choice for my Bitcoin retirement!

I wired over $1000 a week ago and it still hasn’t showed up on my account. I get the runaround every time I call. My bank has confirmed that it was wired successfully. With my other, IRAs, when I wire money shows up the same day.

Unfortunately I put rolled funds over to iTrust Capital before most of these negative reviews were written. iTrust Capital has a support number to assist new customers in depositing funds but if you want to have the funds distributed, it is almost impossible to get anyone to help.

I made my request over a month ago and still haven't received all of my in-kind tokens or the cash distribution I requested. I have made several calls to the onboarding support team and every time I was told they would get me answers by the end of the day.

Every time I was disappointed with nothing being done. Only after submitting a negative review to the BBB and Trust Pilot, did someone finally contacted me and assured that the process would be escalated.

This Customer Relations representative started to get things moving the first day but again failed to complete the processes after assuring me two times that I would see my funds by the end of the day. Think very carefully about trusting this company with your retirement.

Their Distribution FAQ page states that the process normally take 7-14 day after all documents are received. I recommend starting the process 30-60 days prior to needing the funds. One other thing to note, once you make the request for an in-kind transfer of your crypto, your funds are locked.

In my case the crypto prices have dropped and I will be paying taxes on a value higher than what will be received. At the time there were very few crypto IRA options.

I know now, I should have stuck with a reputable fiduciary. Many when enough negative reviews come in they will learn that it is the existing customers that drives their business not simply getting new customers.

They are pretty good considering there’s not many options. However they definitely need to work on a way to get ride of that $30.00 monthly fee. Really adds up. Just found out Choice app has 3 different options for bitcoin IRAs.

One of with has zero fees besides the 1% on trades however I don’t believe that’s in cold storage. The most interesting option one I have seen anywhere else is the option to hold your own keys to your IRA crypto.

That option is 500.00 to get it started and 10 bucks a month after that. Not going to lie I’ll probably take my account elsewhere if the fees don’t drop sometime soon.

Having to pay the $30/month outside your IRA is annoying since it defeats the point of tax free growth. This should be structured to come out of the IRA "cash account" like other IRAs. Initial setup is very very slow, communication is limited and very very slow.

It is hard reaching help as you need to either wait on an email reply (which takes days) or schedule a phone call (which takes days). When you actually speak to someone, they sound extremely new and inexperienced (like you are speaking to a bunch of interns).

Trades are relatively fast and coin selection is good but other than that this place is disappointing. They will thrive for now due to limited competition but I have no intention staying with them.

I'm sure if getting money in was so slow during the honeymoon phase, I'm sure it will be horrible trying to leave. I'd say look elsewhere.

Charging a monthly fee to have an IRA account is robbery. The day Etrade or TD Ameritrade start trading Bitcoin and Etherium the itrustCapitals of the world will be out of business. They fail to offer the most basic of brokerage services such as limit orders. Truly pathetic!

As you have seen with some other reviews, iTrust is not a company that you should trust with your money.

I put in a modest amount to test how they operate (about $2000). It was invested in XRP, which was then shut down and iTrust announced it would stop trading. Fine, I understood. I sold and wanted to withdraw my funds.

It has been over 30 days and iTrust procrastinates, insists on other forms being needed (I sent them two that they asked for) and they don't respond to emails and if you want a phone conversation, well good luck, you won't get one.

I can only imagine if someone actually had substantial investment herein and wanted to use it as part of the retirement, you would be going through the roof. Stay away from this company, don't believe their "pitch", they cannot fulfill the most basic activities of an IRA.

The one and Only reason anyone would do business with this company is because of the lack of alternatives. If you are used to dealing with more established brokerages like Charles Schwab you will find working with iTrust Capital to be frustrating and disappointing.

The whole effort on their part seems lazy and unimpressive. Website, customer signup, dealing with outside brokers customer support, it is all just bad. Customer service, communication skills are severely lacking.

I remember having the sinking feeling that this was a small handful of un-organized people with little technical ability, working out of moms basement. Forms I received with deposit guidelines were several years old.

I was repeatedly asked to email personal, sensitive information that they already had etc.. Wait until you see your portfolio of holdings information on your dashboard. It is a joke. A pie graph of holding percentages! That’s it.

You can see your transactions (One of which in my case was recorded wrongly as a transfer/roll over, when it was really a new deposit) but no needed details like average price paid etc.. I could go on with much more but like I said you don’t have much alternative at this time.
