Deposit with them and instantly lose 40%. It has been over 2 weeks and Goldco has not responded to my calls and emails.

Don’t be like me and fall for Goldco. Goldco is a predatory scam posing as a metals sales provider, taking advantage of surging interest in metals. I am 2 years from retirement and gave Goldco 25K, money saved over a lifetime of work. After fees and the 78 % premium they took from me for the gold I bought and the 60% premium Goldco charged me for my silver, GOLDCO TOOK 14K FROM ME.

The value of my account, as shown on my statement the month after my 25K purchase, WAS 11K. At the time, I was going through things in my life and did not scrutinize the statement. They will not return my calls.

Everything was explained well and the process of rolling over money from IRA was simple. The constant communication is highly appreciated. The entire process was fast, easy, and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable

I’m hoping it is getting better. I was happy with the personal service that I received from my agent whose name was Ben. At times I had difficulty reaching him by phone which was concerning to me, but in later review, it appears to be microphone’s fault. But I was stressed for a while once that was resolved. Everything was perfect. I’m still waiting for my delivery so it won’t be perfect until after I have it in my possession. But I’m very happy so far.

If only one person was involved on my account, the process would have moved faster than waiting for the next person to complete their part.
